In an over-saturated industry, Brisbane based Emma Street Studio is a breath of fresh air.  Owner and artist Shayle Flesser strives to balance Avant Garde abstraction with comforting familiarity.

Created in 2018, Emma Street Studio is a local Brisbane-based art studio and gallery space. By exploring bold and daring abstract expression, without neglecting the classical elements of shape, colour and composition, Emma Street Studio has created a signature style as impressive as it is recognizable. 

Known for her bright, breathtaking statement pieces, Shayle is equally adept at creating more subtle and moody artworks.  Her works have been collected world-wide for many years, but have travelled recently to England, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong. 

The immediacy of the artwork being able to move from studio straight to the gallery space keeps Shayle's practice earthed and simple. This strips away some of the unnecessary dialogue that can shroud the commercial gallery scene, allowing her collectors to relate directly with the artist and the work. 

Emma Street Studio offers a range of services from fitting out large-scale developments, to creating beautifully unique and personalised commission pieces for the individual. 

Using the highest quality and latest state-of-the-art technology, including professional standard large-format printers, photo scanners and giclee printing techniques, Emma Street Studio is equipped to service any need - large or small. There is a team of dedicated art lovers and framers onsite that form an integral and necessary part of the Emma Street Studio momentum.
